Surrounded by six different neighborhoods, the Ellis campus is just a short walk away from museums, parks, restaurants, and retail shops. With plenty of family-friendly activities, places, and events in the vicinity, there is always something for Ellis girls and their families to do.

In addition to our vibrant, urban location, Ellis is located at the heart of a growing innovation zone in Pittsburgh. The School’s proximity to Pittsburgh technology hubs like Google, Uber, and Carnegie Mellon University provides students with firsthand experiences and opportunities that supplement and enhance their studies.

On-campus parking is available to families in the front parking lot on Fifth Avenue and in the rear lot at Penn Avenue and Bakery Square Boulevard, behind the Bakery Living Orange apartment complex. For athletic events and practices, Ellis families should park and pick-up their daughter(s) in the rear parking lot. Please note that front parking lot spaces are limited due to faculty and staff parking.

Our athletic fields are available to rent during times when they are not in use by Ellis students, staff, or faculty. With our campus conveniently located in the heart of Pittsburgh's East End and right across the street from Bakery Square, Ellis' spaces are perfect for hosting after-school enrichment activities, athletics competitions, special events, and more.
